In compliance with CAN-SPAM Legislation emails list are never passed, instead they are rented. That is why first time email marketers are often apprehensive about renting an email list. TheListWarehouse.com provides you with the accuracy rating based on our experience with the vendors data.  

Direct Mail Lists and Telemarketing Lists

Platinum = 92% accuracy or higher
Gold = 85 – 92%
Silver = 80 – 84%
Bronze = 79% or less 

The ratings are determined using this system:

One month after you receive your list we’ll send you a short questionnaire on how the list performed. You will be asked a couple questions on the accuracy of your list, specifically, how many returns or invalid records were rented.

For example: If you mailed 10,000 records and had 1,500 returns this would mean that you had a 85% accuracy on your list. This information will then be compiled with all other data that we have gathered on this vendor’s accuracy and the result would be an overall vendor rating of PLATINUM, GOLD, SILIVER, or BRONZE.
