Scott has had an extensive and varied national and international experience in management, sales/marketing and project management in the public and private sectors. After graduating in 1994 with a BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia he went on to continue his studies in the arts, healthcare and telecommunications management.
Throughout his professional sales and marketing career he has had an opportunity to work in the technology, arts, finance,communications, real estate and medical sectors. Scott has always specialized in building and sustaining strategic business partnerships which led to his success and the success of his clients.
Ray is a 1995 graduate of the Unites State Military Academy at West Point. He spent five years in the US Army after West Point, where he served two six-month tours in Southwest Asia and one tour in Germany as an Air Defense Tactical Control Officer. He left the Army in 2000 at the rank of Captain.
Ray has over ten years of sale and marketing experience, ranging from list acquisition to medical service sales. Prior to co-founding TheListWareHouse, Ray served the medical implant outsourcing industry with the IPG Surgical and AMediquip. He was the regional manager for the West Coast, covering California to Washington State. Ray was responsible for selling implant outsourcing services to C-level hospital and surgery center executives. During his last three years, he led the industry by using multi-channel marketing (Direct Mail, Email, and telemarketing) to become the number one sale person, three years running, with top-end total sales more than $52 million, achieving an average of 160% to plan, annually.
